We ship via USPS, FEDEX and DHL. We cannot ship boxes that weight more than 50 pounds'. Tracking information is sent directly from USPS, FEDEX and DHL. Please check Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. If you do not receive an email from USPS, FEDEX and DHL, you can text our company phones @ 512-521-1442 to request the tracking number. We will respond during normal business hours.

Shipping charges are estimated amount that applies to Eastern, Western and Central Time Zones. 

Orders will only be shipped to the address on account holder's ID which was submitted to us during ordering process. We will not accept any other shipping address and DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
