✦How does your dropshipping model work?
Order Cancellations:
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped,
we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it’s in fulfillment or has
shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Order Changes:
Need to update your items, quantities, or shipping address? Reach out
immediately. We can make changes to orders that haven’t been processed yet. If
your order is already in progress or shipped, we’ll assist with returns or
exchanges after delivery.
